Marlow
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor Designation
Dezi Marlow is an Independent Licensed Professional Clinical Mental
Health Therapist (LPCC-S) with Supervisor designation in the state of
Ohio. Dezi has been operating independently for 7 years and has been
practicing in the mental health field for 15 years. Dezi received his
M.Ed., in Community Counseling from Kent State University and his
B.B.A in Business Administration. Dezi has always had a passion for
dance, inspiring others through dance performance as well as providing
people with a safe space to express themselves in individual and group
settings. Dezi’s passion and his desire to plant seeds of hope motivated
him to open a social, emotional, physical Wellness Center and
D.A.N.C.E. Studio. Dezi’s vision ten years ago was to create a
movement/wellness curriculum that was relatable, inspiring and
therapeutic for clients. Since then Dezi has been honored to have theopportunity to provide services to diverse populations of all ages.
Dezi has had the opportunity to speak at professional mental health
conferences, facilitate seminars/workshops on educating professionals
on ways to appropriately work through mental health concerns in the
classroom, facilitate mental health group sessions for men/women and
other community initiatives to help normalize the stigma associated with
mental health services. In addition to Dezi’s speaking engagements he
has been able to cultivate partnerships with several organizations across
the Greater Cleveland Area which consists of schools, summer camps,
recreational centers, day treatment centers, community centers and
libraries. Dance has always been Dezi’s passion which has led him to his
calling of normalizing the importance of mental health on a global scale.
Dezi is passionate about creating environments that focus on self-
awareness, accountability and growth. Dezi prides himself on providing
a positive and productive outlet that is meaningful and reflective.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens and adults. I believe that in order to truly be impactful to someone, they have to met where they are emotionally, mentally and physically. As a strong advocate of giving back, I believe that my ability to be empathetic, a role model and skills to relate to people through dance/movement can plant a seed of hope.
